PAUL · KOEHLER ·
BROWN Consulting Structural Engineers, LLC was established in
1997 by David O. Brown, P.E., Clifford R. Paul, P.E. and Jack
M. Koehler, P.E. for the purpose of providing the design and building
industry a creative alternative in structural engineering services.
Our approach is not to stay within the confines of conventional
ideas, but to investigate new ideas on each individual project
while utilizing state-of-the-art proven concepts. We prefer to
be involved in the early design phases, working closely with the
owner, architect, and other consultants to ensure the structure
is cost-effective and meets the needs of all those involved. This
philosophy allows the design team to benefit from our past design
experience and previous creative/progressive solutioneering. |

Design Staff |

We currently have offices in Scottsdale,
AZ, Austin, TX, Las Vegas, NV, and Denver, CO. The current staff
at Paul · Koehler · Brown of 15 employees consists
of 3 registered professional engineers, 5 structural designers,
4 CAD drafter/designers, and 2 support staff. We have the most up
to date software and state-of-the-art equipment including; ADAPT
Post Tensioned Concrete software, AutoCAD, STAAD III, Ram Steel,
Ram Concrete, Ram Advance, and RISA Frame Analysis. PKB has the
ability to perform 3-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis and Integrated
Structural Design of large multi-story structures. |

buildings cannot be accomplished without the aid of a structural
