David O. Brown, P.E. Mr. Brown is a principal and co-founder of Paul · Koehler · Brown with over 25 years of engineering experience specializing in advanced technology, office buildings, industrial, water/waste water treatment facilities, educational, healthcare and correctional facilities. His experience includes engineering design, project management, value engineering and structural system selection. Mr. Brown is the Principal-In-Charge for the Austin office. He received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering (Structural) from the University of Texas at Austin and Post-Graduate Studies in Structural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the Structural Engineers Association of Texas.
	Clifford R. Paul, P.E., S.E. Mr. Paul is a principal and co-founder of Paul · Koehler · Brown Consulting Structural Engineers with over 23 years in structural engineering. His experience includes engineering design, project management, value engineering, and structural system selection for commercial, industrial, parking structures, hotels/ resorts with a specialty in the advanced technology industry. He is known for his creative and unique approach to high-tech facilities and has developed an award-winning technique for building wafer fabrication facilities. He is distinguished as the structural engineer of record for the Motorola World-Wide Fab Technology Team and is a guest lecturer for the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.Mr. Paul is registered in over twenty-six states and received his B.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is an active member in the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
	Jack M. Koehler, P.E., S.E. Mr. Koehler is a principal and co-founder of Paul · Koehler · Brown Consulting Structural Engineers and has been in the structural engineering field for over 21 years. He takes a hands-on management approach to building review, design and company oversight from design to the construction phase. He is known for his expert knowledge of structural systems and their application to design. His experience includes commercial, industrial, parking structures, hotel/resorts and medical facilities. He is a Registered Professional Structural Engineer in Arizona and Nevada, holds a Masters in Business Administration and a B.S. in Structural Engineering from Arizona State University.
