There is also an addition to the existing parking garage of 2 new levels (200 cars). The square footage of the hospital is approximately 209,000 square feet and the square footage of the parking garage addition is approximately 75,000 square feet.               • Comanche County Medical Center – Comanche, TX     This is a single story hospital and medical center located in Comanche, Texas. The total floor area is approximately 85,000 square feet.               • Cyberknife Radiosurgery – Austin, TX     This is 4,000 square foot one story addition located at the Brackenridge Hospital Campus of the Seton Healthcare Network. This addition is connected to an existing adjacent building structure and contains a massive concrete shielded room for the Cyberknife equipment.               • Pearland Medical Office Building – Pearland, TX     This project consists of a new 3-story medical office building structure with approximately 80,000 gross square feet area.               • Bridgeport Doctor’s Hospital and Medical Office Building – Bridgeport, TX     This project consists of a new hospital building and a new medical office building located in Bridgeport, Texas. The hospital is a 98,000 square foot, two story building and the medical office building is 3 stories with a gross square footage of 36,000 square feet.               • Orthopedic Specialists of Austin – Austin, TX     Orthopedic Specialists of Austin is an 18,100 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center. This project was a renovation and addition to an existing building where the existing credit union stayed open for business during construction.               • Iraan General Hospital – Iraan, TX     This is a single-story hospital and medical center located in Iraan, Texas. The total floor area is approximately 34,000 square feet.               • St. David’s MOB and Parking Garage     This project consists of a new 3-story medical office building structure with approximately 102,800 gross square feet area over a 6-level, 800 car, precast concrete parking garage with approximately 312,000 square feet of floor area.               • Lakeway Medical Center and Parking Garage – Lakeway, TX     Lakeway Regional Medical Center and Parking garage will be constructed within a new medical and mixed-use development located in Lakeway, Texas. This is a 265,000-square-foot Greenfield facility with a 41,000 square-foot parking garage. Connected to the west side of the hospital are a central plant and utility yard. The roof of the central plant is a suspended emergency ambulance deck drop-off area. To the south of this area is a suspended ramp to access the emergency room/ambulance area and parking garage.
