Paul Koehler Brown is the structural engineer of record
for 3 Fry’s Electronics stores in the United States.
Each store has a special theme. In Houston, the store
showcases Texas’ oil history, complete with large
oil derricks. The grand piano at the entrance of the
Austin’s store is a tribute to the city's reputation
as the "Live Music Capital of the World."
The store in Fishers Indiana has a "race track"
theme with various hanging displays, including "stop"
and "go" signs. |

Grand Boulevard is a mixed-use
development located in the Florida panhandle city of
Sandestin. This project includes retail, office and
residential spaces. Paul Koehler Brown is the structural
engineer of record of 6 office/retail buildings in the
development. The total gross retail floor area is approximately
120,000 square feet and the total office area is approximately
128,000 square feet. |
